The Real Estate Company “Promotion Immobilière de L’an 2000” intends to construct a commercial and office building with two underground parking lots, providing a total of 90 parking spaces, on a land plot with an approximate area of 2030 m². The land is located at the corner of Moncef Bey Avenue and Ibn Khaldoun Street in Tunis.

The total covered area of the project, including the underground levels, is as follows:
