The overall design of the building is based on two main principles: compact buildings and optimal natural light penetration, in accordance with the client’s wishes. The base of the building, which covers a significant area, features a series of projections.

The project has been carefully integrated into its environment and adapted to the terrain. The landscape quality of the site is of utmost importance, and our project is designed to seamlessly blend with the surrounding scenery.

The building confidently occupies the site without being intrusive, creating a distinctive volume that redefines the overall perception of the area.

At every stage of the design process, we sought functional and urban solutions that combine technical and architectural aspects, taking full advantage of the exceptional environment, lighting, and remarkable views.

The interior space is conceived as a shared territory, offering peaceful and protected areas. We have established an intimate connection between the users and their surroundings, creating spaces of moderate dimensions that avoid feeling lost or cramped. The green spaces are not randomly designed or used to fill vacant plots but are carefully integrated with the built environment.

We have chosen durable and noble materials for welcoming entrances and interior spaces on a human scale.
