situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Cocody Danga, sur un terrain de superficie 1209 m\u00b2.<br \/>Le terrain est limit\u00e9 au Nord et au sud par deux voies bitum\u00e9es, \u00e0 l&rsquo;Est par une Villa duplex<br \/>haut standing et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ouest par un b\u00e2timent R+2.<br \/>Le cos (Coefficient d&rsquo;Occupation au Sol) est de 40 % dans la zone.<br \/>Sur l\u2019ensemble du terrain nous avons une d\u00e9nivel\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ 5 m.<\/p><p>PARTI ARCHITECTURAL<br \/>Il s\u2019agit de construire deux b\u00e2timents \u00e0 usage de logements organis\u00e9s en appartements<br \/>destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la location en pr\u00e9voyant n\u00e9anmoins que l\u2019un des appartements soit r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au<br \/>propri\u00e9taire.<br \/>La configuration du site nous permet d\u2019envisager deux
